Kit for crestal sinus floor elevation using drills only, with stop drills matched to the residual bone height. Lifts of up to 3 mm are done with the drills, and wider elevations with the Water Membrane Lifter. It holds the Multi Initial ST Drill, the Ø2.5 Sinus Expansion Drills, 28 Sinus Lift Drills from Ø2.8 to Ø4.1 in lengths of 3–10 mm, stoppers, water membrane lifters, a membrane detach tool, a depth gauge and a saline tube. Drilling runs at 600–1,000 RPM.
