What we collect

• Messages you send us. The contact, quote, service-request and consultation forms collect your name, phone number, optional email, and what you write. We use them to reply and to prepare a quote or visit.
• Orders placed in our Telegram app. Your name, phone number, delivery address and the items ordered, together with your Telegram user id so we can show you your order history and send delivery updates.
• Reviews. If you rate a product, we publish your rating and comment with your first name and last initial only.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and products are viewed. It sets cookies and records an anonymised device and page record. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

To answer enquiries, fulfil and deliver orders, provide warranty and technical service, send order status messages, and improve the website. We may contact past customers about a restock of items they have bought.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the providers that run our systems: Amazon Web Services (hosting, in Singapore), Telegram (the app and its messages), Google (analytics) and our email provider. Delivery staff receive only the name, phone number and address needed to deliver.

How long we keep it

Order and service records are kept for warranty and accounting purposes. Contact-form messages are kept until the enquiry is closed. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by messaging us on Telegram, calling 070 210 025, or emailing support@ai-dents.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.
