These terms cover the use of ai-dents.com and orders placed with AI DENTAL SUPPLY CO., LTD. through its Telegram app. Ordering means you accept them.
ai-dents.com presents our company, divisions and product range. Product pages are for information; specifications come from the manufacturer and may change. Prices are not shown on the website and are given in the Telegram app or in a written quote.
Orders are placed in the Ai Dental Supply Telegram app or agreed in writing with our team. We confirm every order by phone before it is prepared. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline or adjust an order if an item is out of stock or its details were listed in error, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Prices are in US dollars and are those shown in the app or quoted at the time of confirmation. Payment is cash on delivery unless another method is agreed in writing.
Delivery within Phnom Penh is free. Delivery elsewhere in Cambodia is arranged and quoted per order. Please check the goods on delivery and report any damage or shortfall to the delivery staff or to us the same day.
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty for the period stated with the product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, unauthorised repair, consumables or normal wear. Our technical services division carries out installation, maintenance and repair; work outside warranty is quoted before it starts.
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery by arrangement. Sterile, opened consumables and specially ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Product reviews may be submitted only for items you have received. We may remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated to the product, or that we believe are not genuine.
